April 2017: Connacht Rugby joins the PACSMail Cloud network

2015/16 PRO12 Champions Connacht Rugby have linked their club to the PACSMail Cloud network enabling anytime, anywhere access to player diagnostic images and associated information. As well as delivering a local imaging record for the club’s medical department, the PACSMail Cloud connection allows them rapid access to remote expert medical opinion for treatment and rehabilitation planning. Club doctor Alan Farrell said “diagnostic imaging plays an ever-increasing role in player health and performance. Our PACSMail Cloud connection gives us full control of our imaging record and ensures that, at home or on tour, we can access the best possible specialist support”.
