Password - Needed to Log-in to your Account

When you set up your account you will be asked to create a password to log-in to your account. Details of the rules governing this are shown on the registration process. If you have forgotten your password, a link to send yourself a new one is available on the log-in page.

Secondary Password - Needed to view Patient Data

Access to all PACSMail website services allowing on-line access to patient information is protected by a secondary password. This provides an extra level of security in line with Data Protection requirements for communication of sensitive data.

You will be asked for this before you can access these services so you need to remember this as well as your PACSMail password.

Setting up and Managing your Secondary Password

1) Log in to your account  - you cannot access these options until you are logged in

2) Select User Menu/Mailbox. This will display the Secondary Password module allowing you to email yourself a new Secondary Password (and change it) using the links provided:
